Signup Instructions for Swimmers and Jobs at Meets
Swimmer sign up is due by 8am on the Monday prior to the meet. Please log into Swimtopia either online or via the app and set your meet attendance as soon as you know your schedule.You do not have to wait until the week of the meet! On deck scratches cause unnecessary delays to the meet, empty lanes, and longer meets. Please be considerate of your teammates and let the coaches know your attendance status.
Volunteer job sign up is due by 12pm on the Thursday prior to the meet. If at that time there are empty shifts and you have a child swimming in the meet, have not signed up for a job, and have not fulfilled your volunteer requirements, you will be assigned a job. Sign up early to get the jobs and shifts you want!
How to Register for Jobs and Swims at a Meet:
Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Signup Calendar" to sign up for a swim meet.
Job Signup
- Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip to Swimmer Signup.
- Click Save Assignments.
- Click Back to Signup Calendar.
Swimmer Signup
- Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
- For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.

- Attending
- Not Attending
- Write any requests in the notes to coaches section. Requests to swim (or not swim) certain events will be honored at the discretion of the coaches based on team needs and swimmer readiness.
- Also use the note section to let the coaches know if you are unable to attend the entire meet so that they can handle relay entries.
- Click Save to record your choices.
