Several people have had questions about how to sign out of the meets if you are unable to attend.  There are two ways to do this:

1)  Via the Swimtopia App:  Click on the meet and then press the "MEET SIGNUP" button.  This will take you to a mobile version of the website where you can declare whether your swimmer is attending or not.  You can also follow these steps to get to the volunteer job sign ups for meets.

2)  Via the website.   Go to the "Meets & Events" tab and choose "Signup Calendar".  Click on the green RSVP button to the right of the meet you are wishing to sign out of.  

Of note, you cannot use the app to RSVP or sign up for volunteer shifts for non-meet events.  Swimtopia hopes to add this functionality in the future, but for now you have to access those via the website using the same steps in #2. 

Remember, meet sign outs are due by 8:00 on the Monday before the meet.
